The space is ~410sq. ft. It has one entry door, and two 36x36” windows on each wall. It also has a 8 foot roll up door on the back side of the shop. Concrete floors and an 8foor ceiling.

We were running out of room in our little 2 bed/2 bath rent home. I was running out of work space in the back room/bar of the house. Lincoln, who is now 3 ½, and has a lot of energy was running out of space. It was time. It was a big decision. A very stressful decision.

I was then ready to kill the dragon, or the mimosa tree in the front yard. Now instead of slaying the dragon, I’m the guy who makes the arms for the dragon slayer.

"If I could go back and give myself advice, I’d tell myself not to sweat the small stuff. Expect criticism. Expect outright hostility. But persevere. Giving up is not an option because boy, one day you’re going to shine like a new dime."
