Supporting Handmade, How to do it?

Happy Monday Y'all ! I was thinking the other day, " I really love this community." (remember all that talk last year about the community we, as makers, are a part of?) Well, while thinking about how much I love this community, I realized there are a lot of folks out there whom I really admire, be it their products, work ethic, content, or simply their encouragement throughout the year. My admiration leads me to want to support my fellow makers, but how? Do I need a leather field notes cover from maker X? Or a strap belt from maker Y? Well, probably not, I sort of have the leather accessories covered on my end. So, how do we do it?...

Where have I been?!?!

Nothing ruins your Friday like finding out its only Wednesday.....  That is sort of how I feel about November. We have had shows every weekend this month and are preparing for another this weekend. Don't get me wrong, we love setting up at events and shows to talk and share about Lost Penguin, but it seems like I haven't been able to catch my breath in two months! That being said, we do have some exciting things on the horizon, but first, I want to give a shout out to some folks and organizations. Being a Creator Interview Series: The Burn Shop

As we continue our Interview series, we're kicking off this week with our first audio interview with Keith Wineinger at The Burn Shop.  I had the opportunity to go check out Keith's shop and see what all they have going on. The Burn Shop is killing it, knocking out all sorts of incredible metal art.
